Digital Skills Capacity Development is core to the Technology Council's programs, services and mission. We offer a wide range of industry certified and post-secondary credentialed programs and interest-based courses. Our focus is to develop programs that are proven to be of value to anyone at any skill level and with any goal in mind whether it be personal, professional or academic.
All digital skills capacity development programs are designed in partnership and alignment with First Nations communities, First Nations organizations, industry across sectors, academic institutions and provincial and federal governments. Collaborative efforts allow us to offer unique skills advancement in technology that are community relevant, opportunity specific and built for success.

The Technology Council works to ensure First Nations communities, organizations, and businesses have access to low-cost and highly effective technical support services. By delivering these services internally and/or convening reliable service providers
To expand this in the future, the Technology Council is developing a service called Community Technology Planning that supports any community in building the right technology solutions that are sustainable and reliable.
The Technology Council is also working to collaborate across organizations to offer all communities in BC an integrated IT helpdesk for support across all community program areas.
