Jeneen has an Information & Communication Technology Certificate from Northwest Community College and a Web Technologies Associate Certificate from BC Institute of Technology. She has worked for various community agencies before working for Gitxsan Development Corporation where she is the Office Manager for the Hazelton Office. Education has always been important to Jeneen. She was always taught to get an education and work hard while keeping our cultural values and beliefs. Jeneen jumped at the opportunity to join the First Nations Technology Council as a Regional Coordinator because she believes in bringing in-community training and educational opportunities to the rural communities. Technology-based training is what Jeneen has always had a passion for and believes we need more Indigenous representation in all things.
