About Leah

As Chief of Staff, Leah leads strategic initiatives, oversees organizational operations, and fosters cross-functional collaboration to strengthen efficiency and alignment across the organization. She guides special projects that advance Indigenous innovation and digital transformation, while also supporting event execution, business development, and strategic partnerships to ensure the Technology Council remains agile, mission-driven, and positioned for long-term success.
Leah is currently a candidate in Simon Fraser University’s Indigenous Business Leadership Executive MBA program, where she is deepening her expertise at the intersection of Indigenous leadership, strategy, and digital transformation.
Leah is of mixed heritage, Métis and Ukrainian, and grew up in Treaty 6 Territory and the Homeland of the Métis Nation. She is now a guest on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations, and a citizen of Métis Nation British Columbia.
