

Natiea Vinson is the CEO of the First Nations Technology Council, where she leads the organization's digital enablement work for First Nations across British Columbia. Under her leadership, the organization has expanded its reach, establishing new departments in research and career pathways.
She is a member of the Government of Canada's Advisory Council on Artificial Intelligence and served on the national AI Strategy Task Force. Natiea has held senior positions at Indigenous-led organizations, including as a Director at the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business, and was the Founder of Makook, an Indigenous content discovery service. She was a Founding Partner of Coast Educational Development Research, a Lecturer at SFU's Beedie School of Business, and led digital education for BC Children's Hospital.
Natiea holds a Master of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Concordia University.
A member of Tk̓emlúps te Secwépemc, Natiea lives on the traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and səlilwətaɬ Nations in Vancouver with her husband and two children.
