Program Guidelines

To ensure a meaningful and successful internship experience, participants are expected to meet the following guidelines:

Eligibility & Participation

  • Must be a graduate of an FNTC digital skills training program
  • Complete the application process with all required documentation
  • Demonstrate readiness for a professional work environment
  • Commit to the full internship duration

Internship Structure

  • Duration: Typically, 16 weeks
  • Hours: Minimum 25 hours to maximum 37.5 hours per week
  • Internship Terms:
  • Winter: January – May
  • Summer: May – August
  • Fall: September – December.
  • Schedule: Applications to each term will open 3 months before the term starts.
  • Working conditions: The internships may be remote/in-person/hybrid, depending on the employer’s requirements.

How to Apply

Getting started is simple:

  1. Confirm your eligibility as an FNTC graduate
  2. Prepare your resume and application materials
  3. Submit your application through the program application portal for the relevant term
  4. Selected candidates will be contacted with next steps, and unsuccessful candidates will be notified
