Nikki works to ensure our current learners and alumni are supported in their transition from learning to work while simultaneously helping the industry attract and retain Indigenous talent.
With more than 13 years of experience working in administrative, employment, government, environmental, and community relations roles, including roles with Indigenous communities, Nikki is committed to integrating her heritage and professional pursuits to make a meaningful impact in her community and beyond. An advocate for lifelong learning and career development, Nikki holds a bachelor's degree in Geography and Environmental Studies and is pursuing an MBA.
Nikki is Cree from Sucker Creek First Nation and Métis from the Red River. She resides in Kamloops, on the traditional lands of the Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc people.
