Each week throughout the course, learners will build on their understanding of coding logic and best practices, including skills such as variables, conditionals, functions, arrays, loops, objects, and more. These daily hands-on activities lead to a capstone project where learners will demonstrate their skills by building a web application.
This bridging-level course will also prepare you for our advanced Futures Web Development course.

There are approximately 6,000 professionals working in this field in BC, earning between $16.73 and $48.08 an hour. The job outlook for the field is good due to economic expansion and the replacement of retirees.
This course is funded for Indigenous Peoples ages 18+ living in BC.
