About This Course

All kinds of businesses rely on product managers who can navigate the worlds of business, design, and technology to drive business value through products. In BrainStation’s live Product Management course, you will build essential product management skills, learn to define a customer-centric product development strategy, how to apply Lean methodology and Agile development methodology, and more. You will also explore efficient wireframing and prototyping techniques, as well as how to create a go-to-market strategy and a product launch plan.

Learning Outcomes

  • Product Marketing: Understand what product marketing is and how to develop your positioning, messaging, and brand strategy to effectively market your product.
  • Product Analytics: Discover the key stages of Lean analytics to help track both the success of your product launch and ongoing growth and engagement.
  • Build your Product Portfolio: As you earn your Product Manager certification, you will showcase everything you've learned with a real-world product management portfolio project that highlights your new skills. Every week during your product management course, you'll be provided with clear steps to iteratively develop your final project. By the end of the course, you'll have created a formal proposal presentation that will demonstrate your end-to-end product launch strategy and form the basis of your product manager portfolio.
